    You will receive a comprehensive design package, including clear documentation, schedules and specifications to support your builder and trades on site. I work closely with architects and contractors to ensure every element comes together thoughtfully and consistently.

    The result is a cohesive, functional interior that feels considered, refined and uniquely yours.

    Project fees vary depending on scope and are confirmed following the initial Discovery Call.

  • This service is intended for clients who are at the early stages of a project and want clarity before moving forward with design, construction or procurement decisions.

    Pre-Construction Advice focuses on reviewing plans and layouts, identifying opportunities to improve flow and function, and discussing the overall design and build process. It is particularly valuable before engaging builders or finalising architectural drawings.

    Drawing on experience across pre-construction planning, architectural coordination and interior fit-out, I provide clear, practical insight to help you proceed with confidence and avoid costly revisions later.

    This service is offered as a fixed-fee consultation of €250 and is carried out in person over two hours.
